Choose one familiar task for the week rather than a different tool every day. Begin by understanding the task and your standard for a good result. Then try a small example, review it, and make one improvement to your approach.
At the end of the week, write a short note about what helped, what needed checking, and whether you would use the tool again. If the exercise did not help, record that too. The goal is one informed lesson you can reuse, not a streak of activity for its own sake.
