Working well with AI

Should I tell people when I used AI to help with something?

TideProof editorial guide · Reviewed 2026-09-14

A straightforward explanation can describe the role accurately: you used assistance to organize a draft, then checked and revised the content. Do not imply that generated experience, research, or results are your own accomplishments. Transparency can support confidence in your judgment rather than diminish the value of your contribution.
