Can AI help me prepare for a job interview?

TideProof editorial guide · Reviewed 2026-09-14

Yes. An AI tool can help you practice explaining your experience, generate likely questions from a public job description, or point out where an answer is unclear. Treat it as practice support, not as a source of secret knowledge about what an employer will ask.

Use truthful examples and avoid adding private information you do not need. After practicing, say the answer aloud in your own words. Ask whether it clearly explains your action and what you know about the result. Feedback from someone familiar with the work can add context that a model may miss.
