Begin by learning the organization's rules and the purpose of your assignment. An internship is a chance to understand how work gets done, so avoid handing a task to AI before you understand what a good result looks like. Ask which tools and kinds of information are approved.
A useful first experiment might be organizing a nonconfidential checklist or practicing a presentation with invented examples. Review the output yourself and tell your supervisor how you used the tool when appropriate. Your contribution includes choosing, checking, and improving the result, not just producing it quickly.
