“Rise with it” expresses a hopeful choice: learn how changing tools and working practices can help you contribute, rather than assuming your future has already been decided. It is an invitation to develop options, not a promise that every change will be easy.
You can put that idea into practice without a dramatic reinvention. Choose one task you understand, try one sensible improvement, and keep what you learn. Your experience and judgment remain part of the work. Small steps can make an unfamiliar change feel more understandable and give you a clearer next move.
